Refund Policy

We want you to be able to shop at Virelle with complete peace of mind. If your order does not fully meet your expectations, we have established a simple and easy-to-follow return procedure.

How to make a return

To make a return, please send an email to contact@virelle.fr, stating your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will then provide you with all the instructions necessary to proceed with the return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is incorrect or defective.

30-day return period

You may return an item within 30 days after delivery, whether the product is not suitable for you or you have simply changed your mind.

No restocking fees

We do not charge any restocking or administrative processing fees. No additional or hidden costs will be applied.

Refund processing

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for your purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment service provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours after placing your order by sending an email to contact@virelle.fr.

After this period, cancellation is no longer possible because your order is already being processed. In that case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this return policy.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify this in your reply email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
