To make a return, please send an email to contact@virelle.fr stating your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will then send you all the instructions required to proceed with the return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product received is incorrect or defective.
You may return an item within 30 days after delivery, whether the product is not suitable for you or you have simply changed your mind.
We do not charge any restocking or administrative processing fees. No additional or hidden costs will be applied.
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for your purchase.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order by sending an email to contact@virelle.fr.
After this period, cancellation is no longer possible because your order is already being processed. In this case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this return policy.
